Train the Trainers 15 - 18 September 2006

...hi, there:)!

I just wanted to tell you about the uniqueness of some moments that can not and will not repeat. This week-end, on the 15th to 18th of September, my "compadre" Iulius was in charge (deliberately and with a great amount of energy) of organizing a conference that had both content and fun in it.

I arrived there only on Friday evening and delivered "Program Design" on Saturday. But I felt part of the common energy until the moment when I left, hitch-hicking with Ela (coach AIESEC Ploiesti) and Georgi (former NTT member and many others, currently alumnus).

It's incredible (no...sorry...I began in a wrong way: it is perfectly credible, since we have the ability to make it happen!) how a considerable amount of will and some undiscovered skills can help people do better and better until they will play an important role in others' learning.

While I was there, I wanted to be part of everything I could - roll calls, feed-back, positive attitude, feeling the mountains close. And I am sure all the persons there had fun. I actually knew it started pretty well when I entered the plennary as Robert was holding his session...

It makes me think: right now I am working in a corporate environment, I interact with people from all over CEE, but I will never stop appreciating people who care for others and give a try and a damn of making things better.

So...congrats for the conference manager, for the trainers, OC, alumni who were there, but mostly delegates. Iulius should have the honour to tell you more:).

First I want to say hello to everybody and welcome to our blog!

What about me: I am Iulian a.k.a. Iulius. I am in AIESEC for almost 3 years: I was a member of AIESEC Iasi and LCVP HR in this great committee. Now, and I am proud to be the National Trainers Team Coordinator for 2006-2007 and I look forward for more AIESEC experiences!

What about us: we are NTT or National Trainers Team and our motto is r-evolution! For us this has a big meaning. Step by step you can see that "revolution" means innovation, "evolution" means development and “!” means action. So, r-evolution! (innovation, development, action) is what we want for this term as national trainers of AIESEC Romania!

It started like this and it will continue in the same way! You could help us to do things better if you could tell us what are your expectation for us. Maybe you are an MC member, EB, TL, member, trainer…it doesn’t matter. Just leave a comment to this post and tell us what you want from us.

Hello trainers and trainettes :o)

today, the output of the MC planning for July was posted on aiesec.net

well, i'll be honest with you, normally i don't read outputs...but this time, i took a quick glance at it because the NTT is a National Support Team and i figured i might actually improve my general image on what the MC intends to achieve this year and how.
It turns out i wasn't wrong, i read it, and i gained this:

i understood the flow of the all important planning that will happen soon in all the local committees
i got a big picture on how Product Leadership should be approached
i found out the objectives and priorities of the MC.

All in all, if you are interested and if you want to have a head start on the national perspective of AIESEC Romania, i recommend it...

But, the biggest surprise was, to find out how the NTT will bring it's contribution to the Critical Success Factors that the MC will respond to with their objectives. So, our dear "boss", Miha, the MC VP PD, has specified the NTT as co-responsible for the following strategic actions to be taken:

Train the Induction
Education on internal selection and selection for positions

Well, from were i stand, this looks like another evidence that she has great confidence in us. Thanks Miha!

...randomly...i saw an idea there about a TTT for teachers as part of the Education Issue, can you tell us anything about that boss ;o)?...

Train the Facilitators 7-9th of July, Eforie Sud

Hello!

I am one of the members in National Trainers Team, Rox. I have been a member of AIESEC for almost three years and the LC that helped me grow was AIESEC Bucharest.

Generally, I don't like speaking about me that much, but I'd like to tell you about one event that happened this week-end in Eforie Sud. This event was Train the Facilitators and it had 16 beautiful and smart delegates: Laura and Radu from Brasov; Andreea and Ema from Galati; Mariana, Alex, and Ciprian from Iasi; Elena, Andreea, Crina, Dragos and Andu from Constanta, Andreea and Irina from Ploiesti and Woland from Poland, CEED-er in Iasi.

The agenda of the event started on Friday at 14.30 and ended at 13.00 on Sunday. It was a relaxed conference, but also a consistent one, due to the presence of 4 great persons: MER - alumnus of AIESEC Bucharest who held the sessions for "Facilitation Methods", "Conflict managerment in facilitation" and "Powerful Questions", Janina, that has been a great support in most of the sessions, in organizaing the conference and in stimulating our will to learn more (she also brought precious info from ITC), Miha, to whom we have to thank for everything she does in order to create a great year in People Development area, and Iulius, who has been a great help and has stimulated the fun atmosphere.

Many thanks goes to Micky and LC Contanta that have ensured a great staying for the delegates and have taken the challenge of organizaing TfF some weeks before their LPM and Summer Temptations.

It has been the first conference I have ever organized and it gave me the strenght to strive for more, working together with IULIUS, GABrI and ROBERT...
